New Build Renovation

This New Build Renovation project was delivered in a short timeframe with full attention to detail and a personalised design approach. The space was organised to maximise functionality while achieving a bold, refined aesthetic. The concept focused on warmth and contrast, with dark and light finishes, natural timber accents, brass details and layered lighting throughout.

The interior features a striking blend of deep matte tones, warm wood textures and marble-inspired surfaces. Dozens of lighting solutions were implemented — from sculptural pendants to recessed lines and contour illumination integrated into furniture and architectural elements.

Bedrooms feature textured 3D wall panels, soft textiles and curated furniture. Children’s rooms include purpose-built play and sleep zones, colourful fittings and clever storage. Each bathroom presents its own character — from warm timber and ceramic finishes to dark stone and custom mirrors.
