Honi Poke, Fenchurch Street
The Honi Poke restaurant project is a prime example of fast, high-quality commercial renovation with a focus on individuality and user experience. The concept was to create a bright and lively space using natural materials, intuitive layout and an interior that feels visually “edible”.
At the heart of the space is a bespoke bar counter made of textured timber slats, adding warmth and defining the order zone. High ceilings, pastel accent walls and a variety of seating types — from bar stools to tables for four to six — reflect a fresh, democratic dining environment. The project was delivered on a tight schedule and met all HSE standards and commercial kitchen requirements.
