Bateman Street, Soho Project

In the heart of Soho, Eternal House delivered a full transformation of a compact unit into Gemüse Tavvuk  a German-style döner restaurant. The space was designed in a bold urban aesthetic, with references to street culture: graffiti artwork, industrial drums repurposed as seating, raw timber finishes, and rusted-effect metal surfaces.

The facade is marked by a vibrant neon sign, instantly reinforcing brand identity. Inside, the layout maximises every square metre, featuring bespoke bar fittings, industrial lighting, and a hand-painted graphic mural. The commercial kitchen was designed and built from scratch to support high-volume service.

Key Works:

  • Full strip-out and interior fit-out
  • Front-of-house design and brand execution
  • Kitchen design, equipment and installation
  • Custom joinery including bar and seating solutions
  • Bespoke wall art, lighting and ventilation
  • Exterior signage, shopfront and brand-led façade work

Project Value: £45,000 (including kitchen equipment)

Location: Bateman Street, Soho, London
